[Paarl, 09 October 2025] –SATI and Transnova Africa unveiled an exciting opportunity for fresh produce exporters involved in reefer-based exports at Fruit Attraction Madrid 2025.
We are inviting exporters to participate — free of charge — in a Proof of Concept using the SATI Prescriptive Logistics Model. This innovative approach is designed to unlock hidden value within your supply chain and enhance the performance of your exports, specifically in reefer-based exports.
The invitation opens an opportunity for exporters of commodities other than table grapes to utilise their data in the model and identify optimal routes to market. The model can compare planned vs. actual volumes and simulate various scenarios depending on your needs. Benefits include more accurate planning, confirmation of intended export plans and data-driven decision making.
Having already made significant inroads in the table grape export sector, we are now expanding our focus to additional commodities as this provides a more holistic value chain view and enhanced opportunities for the South African fresh produce sector. SATI commenced this project in 2023 with the view that in time, it would expand to include other fresh produce commodities.
