FreeThe 2020/2021 table grape season gained a reputation as one of the most challenging seasons in more than a decade. The industry still grapples with the huge disappointment of a large crop that showed so much potential in the vineyard, which eventually did not yield good results in the market.
Speakers: Johan Fourie (Experico), Dawie Moelich and Eunice Avenant (SATI) and independent stalwarts Wietz Botes and Marius Huysamer.

The SATI Post Harvest Online Seminar, scheduled for Tuesday 31 August 2021, is aimed at producers, exporters and all wishing to be updated on the available and relevant science, fundamentals and literature. The variables, principles and methodologies to continuously improve product quality and preserve that quality during the post-harvest leg of the journey will be presented by experts in the post-harvest field. This technical information then needs to be applied within the unique set of realities and circumstances of each producer and exporter.
